Booking Terms & Policies

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking with Huahinprivatetransfer. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, Line, or other official contact channels.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from our team.

To complete your booking, please provide:

  • Date and time of travel
  • Pick-up location
  • Destination
  • Number of passengers
  • Number of luggage items
  • Any special requests

Availability is guaranteed for bookings made at least 2 days before the scheduled pick-up time. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.

2.Pricing & Inclusions

All quoted prices are fixed and confirmed in advance unless otherwise stated.

Our standard rates are all-inclusive and may include:

  • Professional driver
  • Fuel
  • Toll fees
  • Parking fees
  • Standard luggage allowance
  • VAT, where applicable

Any additional charges will be clearly communicated in advance whenever possible.

3.Payment Policy

Payment can be made directly to the driver on the date of travel, upon arrival at your destination.

Accepted payment method:

  • Cash in Thai Baht

If you would like to pay by credit card, please inform us in the Special Request section of the booking form. A payment link can be arranged in advance. Full payment must be completed before the trip, and an additional processing surcharge may apply.

4.Door-to-Door Service

We provide private door-to-door transfer service.

We can pick you up from any location stated in your booking and take you directly to your destination in comfort and safety.

5.Waiting Time Policy

Airport Pick-up

  • International flights: up to 120 minutes free waiting time
  • Domestic flights: up to 90 minutes free waiting time

City / Hotel Pick-up

  • Up to 30 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time

If waiting time exceeds the free allowance, an additional charge may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, road incidents, weather, or flight schedule changes. Additional waiting time, route changes, or service adjustments may result in extra charges.

6.Additional Stops & Stopovers

Additional stops for shopping, sightseeing, or meals are available upon request.

Charges for stopovers:

  • 300–1,000 THB per stop
  • Includes up to 2 hours of waiting time per stop

Short stops for restrooms or smoking are free of charge.

If you would like to request any stopovers, please include them in the Special Request section when making your booking.

7.Child Seats & Special Requests

Baby and child seats are available upon request and subject to availability.

Child seat policy:

  • Baby seat / booster seat
  • Suitable for children aged 1–4 years
  • 200-300 THB per seat

Please provide the child’s age when submitting your booking.

Special request fees, including child seats, are non-refundable once confirmed.

8.Vehicle Capacity & Luggage

Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity for safety and comfort reasons.

If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the details provided at the time of booking, we may need to upgrade the vehicle type, and additional charges may apply.

Standard luggage allowance applies unless otherwise agreed in advance.

9.Pets Policy

Pets are allowed only when transported in a proper crate or travel bag.

For larger dogs, oversized crates, or cases requiring additional cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may apply.

Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with a pet.

10.Discounts & Promotions

Discounts apply only to eligible bookings as stated in the promotion details.

For round-trip promotions:

  • Discounts apply only to same-day round-trip bookings
  • If the return trip is scheduled on a different day, the standard rate will apply unless otherwise stated

Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless clearly specified.

11.Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for checking their personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.

Huahinprivatetransfer is not responsible for any items lost, forgotten, or left behind in the vehicle.

12.Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service booked, but unless otherwise stated:

  • More than 24 hours before pick-up: full refund
  • Less than 24 hours before pick-up: cancellation fee may apply
  • No-show bookings are non-refundable

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

13.Service Responsibility

We provide transportation services only.

While we always aim to deliver a professional and punctual service, we are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Accidents
  • Flight delays or cancellations
  • Government restrictions or emergency situations

We recommend contacting us in advance for:

  • Special luggage requirements
