Term Policy
We provide transportation services only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or flight changes. Additional waiting time or route changes may incur extra charges.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, Line, or official contact channels. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from our team.

2. Pricing & Inclusions
All quoted prices are fixed and confirmed in advance.
Prices include
- Vehicle with professional driver
- Fuel & toll fees (unless otherwise stated)
- Standard luggage allowance
Prices do not include
- Extra waiting time
- Additional stops
- Unconfirmed special requests
3. Waiting Time Policy
Airport Pick-Up
- International flights: up to 120 minutes
- Domestic flights: up to 90 minutes
City / Hotel Pick-Up
Free waiting time: 30 minutes from scheduled pick-up time.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 24 hours or more before pick-up: full refund
- Less than 24 hours: cancellation fee may apply
- No-shows are non-refundable
5. Vehicle & Passenger Capacity
Each vehicle has a maximum passenger and luggage capacity. Exceeding this limit is not permitted for safety reasons.
We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Child Seats & Special Requests
Child seats are available upon request and subject to availability.
Baby car seat / booster (0–4 yrs): 200–300 THB per seat
Special requests are non-refundable.
